That's the power of being in community. I think with our team, what it's given me as a leader is a structure of self-development for the team. Because, you know, as a leader, we only grow, our income only grows to our capacity. Our self-worth equals our net worth, right? So when we're doing these challenges, it's basically showing the blind spots in our lives, like where we are blocked. We all have the ability to do everything within us, but a lot of times we don't realize where we get stopped.

I think one of the greatest things we have here in the community is that we get to do the entrepreneurial journey together. Entrepreneurship can be a lonely place, and leadership can be a lonely place. You can have ideas or questions in your mind with nobody to bounce them off of. But when we come together, it’s like forming a superpower. We're able to share, challenge, and build off each other. It reminds me of the Michael Jackson song You Are Not Alone—because in this community, we aren’t alone. We get the opportunity to climb the mountain together, to encourage each other along the way. Think about geese flying in that V formation—they do it for a reason. When the lead bird is taking on all the wind, the others are behind it, encouraging, pushing, helping it keep going. That formation allows them to go much further together than any one bird could on its own. That’s what we have here. I’m excited about the bounce back, excited about the community, and everything we get to build together. We've got strong leadership, great ideas, and real momentum—lock and load, it’s going to be an exciting week.

Discipline is one of my biggest things—it’s something I’m still learning and working on every day. And when you really look at it, discipline shows up in everything you do. That’s why challenges like this are so valuable—they expose you. And honestly, that’s a good thing. I’d much rather get exposed now, face it, and fix it, than go through life and end up on my deathbed thinking about all the ‘shoulda, coulda, woulda’ moments I never acted on.
